a blahhhhhhh, you know that feeling?

Life is definatly funny. A few hours ago, my parents were pissed off at me. Now, i have the thread i need to finish my cross stich, which i have been working long and hard on, and have several new pairs of shoes. Not sucking up, no, when they do that they (or at least my mother, who signs my fathers name so he gets some credit) go a completely different route. Which is fine with me, as i currently dont feel like someone sucking up to me is the best thing to have. But anyways, am feeling a little less stressed out and have several new pairs of shoes (the store was full of a lot of very interesting people today), so am feeling alot better. Actually, feeling pretty damn good.I mean, i had rubgy today, always a blast, and since i'm technically a veterine now (i played for 'a season' last year) a lot of the younger girls ask me questions. Which is nice, that someone can ask me questions and i can help them. I like helping people, making their lives a little bit easier, or more enjoyable. We only have one life, right? Might as well enjoy it. Its also pretty cool that i'm an assistant captian. Never had a position like that before, usually always the coatches kid, but hey, in this case (our teams a democracy) it is the coaches kid. best suited, and not elected by her parent. Actually, her parent didnt want her to be the captian. Nice change.

But anyways, our team this year is awesome. Our team has not only increased in size but its bridging some gaps between grades, but creating some pretty cool friendships. There are girls in the same grade who have never even met each other before, but after a practise, they talk to each other in the hallways. Some have even had sleepovers. Reminds me of times gone by. We got our socks today. Brilliant green, the catalouge said that they were the same color as our jerseys, but they lied. Still, its pretty awesome that all of our socks match. During practise, makes us feel a little more like a team. Jordan, Kelsey, Brianna and i all agree that we should get practise shirts, short sleeved and baggy, so that we all match. Just another connection for everyone. Possibly get everyone to sign them, leave little mesasges or whatnot.

ANyways, home has been steril. Kinda creepy, fighting with dad and having mom and pam out of the house. never felt so strange before. I mean, me and dad have been getting along very well the past two years or so. HE moves down the line, yah, but he finds ways to relate to us when the one he got along best with leaves. It may have taken fifteen years, but i can finally say that i have a good relationship with my father. Even if, at times, he drives me stark raving looine...

ha ha, what ever rubs your buddah, must use that at a later date...

Another rugby practise tomrrow.Am looking forwards to it. Sadly, i think its the most fun i had all break, Whatever, the ups and downs of friends having prior commitments. You live and learn and adapt to whatever environment your in.

Our first game is comming up and everyone is excited for it.

working on marine biology, which is turning into a pain in the ass... but thats the aftermath of a great time...
