Ugh, had a incredibly jam-packed weekend.

On Thursday ( i know its not the weekend, but its important), had to miss rangers to stay for a fashion show run through. Which was a good idea, no denying that. We made so many little mistakes, like going out at the wrong time, and we got to laugh about it later. But what wasn't a good idea was locking all the friggin doors and not allowing us to leave the school. And if we did, for whatever reason, then we would be kicked out of fashion show. And when the only cd with our group music was at my house (hey, i didn't know we were to bring it) stress levels rose. As well, they wouldnt even open up the doors to the other part of the school, were all of our lockers were, so we could at least get some homework or something to do.

Lets just say that night, if amber hadn't brought shiro, many a person would have died. And personally, i was so stressed out that i wanted to find a secluded place and cry. Even wearing bunny ears didn't make me feel better.

Come Friday, everyone was jittery, waiting for that night. I had a rugby game right after school, in Bonness, and i got a ride with tory. As i am the assistant captain of the team, i had to get new socks (which in my opinion are fairly ugly and i really preferred by old ones, which are ironically torys new ones). The game was pretty fun. once thing about rugby; its more fun when your looking back on the game. You tend to forget about the loss of breath, the occasional pains, and how friggin tired you are. We lost, which was no surprise, as we weren't playing to win. The other team was, however, and they played dirty. Someone even tried to bite me, and thats the only thing that can get me out of a mawl.

I have bruises from peoples finger tips on my arms and legs, some people have klete marks on parts of their bodies, my knees are semi-raw and i am so sore. And i love this game more then i knew. Everyone who was on the team who i talked to today agreed wholeheartedly.

So, after the game, i got a ride back to school and showered in the school locker room. One of the fastest showers even and smelling like a mix between rotten egg and lavender body wash (the mix still better then smelling like a rugby game, i used my hairdryer (i got it for Christmas and this was its maiden voyage, and then sat in line for about 2 and a half hours to get my hair done. WHich was worth it. They curled it, and pinned some back, and frankly made me look pretty. A nice change that was.

Aya was there. it was really nice to see her, as if you dont see her with kellin, her boyfriend, you dont really see her. Which is really sad, as we used to be really good friends. On the verge of family. But ce la vi, shit happens and life drags you on.

Our first 'act' was our formal store, #14 on the roster. Me and blair both had strapless dresses, and we had to have them pinned and shoved tape down the front so that our boobs wouldn't fall out. We had some dance moves that hadn't been designed for these types of dresses. My partner, Alex, looked cute in a white suit jacket with a bow tie. Dallas looked good in classic black with a silver tie. I have to say that i was really impressed by Moores, but they always do a good job. And the guys pulled it off rather nicely. For our second one, #18, we had to change really quickly. Amber, Blair and i were all in it, and we were doing stitches. it didn't help that the group after us was all bitchy and yelling at us, though we had a good 6 minutes. They just had sticks up their asses. For stitches, we had to be super animated, and so big smiles. Which was fun. And we had a pretty kick ass routine. Then, we had to run and get our ugly green t's and put them on, so that we could watch the teachers act, which they had put together just for us. A really nice touch.
Then we all walked, or dance walked, across the stage.

I stayed and helped clean up, but i couldn't go to the after party because i had concert band the next day. So, i went home and slept instead of partying.

I woke up at 6 am, and got ready for 7:20, when hannah came and picked me up, and we went back to airdre, where we played from 8:30 am-3:30 pm. We had some breaks in between, but for the most part we played. I hadn't looked at the pieces, which i know i should have but i never really got around to it, and so that was pretty interesting. Thank god or chemists for painkillers. My legs began to swell up, from their injuries the day before and then from the tapping, and i had trouble walking. So i had six little pills, and all the pain went away. Well, frankly everything went away, and i was just happy, which isn't always the greatest thing right before a performance. I think we did well though, and it defiantly helped with the nerves, but i dont like taking pills so i probably wont have any till the day after next game, and i doubt it'll be as rough. Its against banff, and their a nice team to play.

I opted out of going to the ranger sleepover that night.

Then chris came home on sunday. SUPRISE!!!! but it was nice. Hes gone shopping to ikea (a store god), so he can have some good stuff for his apartment. So good for him!

I have many things to do, so i'll try and get back to you later bloggert.

love ya
